Already using a staffing agency? You can still call Crew Haus
Sometimes the best backup is having another number saved
If you already have an agency you trust, there’s no reason to change what’s working.
But there are times when your usual contact can’t fill a particular shift. You might need a chef with specific experience, more staff than they have available, or cover at short notice.
That’s when it helps to know who else you can call.
You don’t need to move your whole roster
Working with Crew Haus can start with one request.
Tell us what’s missing, whether that’s a section waiter for Saturday night or kitchen support while you fill a vacancy. We’ll check who is suitable and available and let you know if we can help.
If your current arrangement covers everything else, keep it. We can be there for the gaps it doesn’t cover.
Another available person isn’t always the answer
When a shift is hard to fill, it’s tempting to take whoever can get there.
But if they need constant direction during a busy service, your team can end up doing more work, not less.
We want to understand the venue and the role before we put someone forward. What kind of service are you running? What does the person need to handle on their own? Where will they fit into the team?
Those details matter more than simply filling the space on the roster.
One good shift gives you another option
You can try Crew Haus for a shift where you need support. If the person is a good fit, you can request them again.
Over time, that gives you another source of staff who already know your venue, without having to start from scratch each time your roster changes.
Keep the agency you like. Know who else to call.
You don’t have to wait until you’re short on a Friday afternoon to find out whether we can help.
Send us a role you find difficult to cover, or tell us what tends to come up at your venue. We’ll have a conversation about where Crew Haus could be useful.
